My grandfather have few acres of land in my village. My father has built a house in town 10 years ago with their own income from job. Is there any chances that my uncle can claim own that property while separation? If they can is there any remedies to stop them from claiming on it? My father and uncle leaves separately but the ancestral property is not divided.
