I will distribute pamphlets in which I will ask public to give me a missed call. I will draw from missed call numbers a lucky draw and winner will get ten thousand Rs. I will send massage to all people who missed call me to visit website in which I will advertise about shops and I will ask public to send me phone numbers of persons who are willing to participate. The more phone numbers they send more chance of winning ten thousand rs. Is it legal please advice.
