Hi..I sold agriculture land of 1 acre for 5 lakhs. He given 2 lakhs advance in 2009 as CONDITIONS: We mentioned conditions like The buyer need to register the land with in 3 months other wise the advance will not be refund,In case we are not willing to register with in 3 months need to refund the advance double. But even 9 months completed the buyer not will to register the property. We given the legal notice like to come forward to register the land, even he not replied. So we kept silent but after 10 months from date of agreement he file a suit against me in lower court like the seller not coming forward to register the land. After 8 years, Now the last month judgement given like JUDGEMENT : "Need to register the land by taking the remaining balance from the buyer with the rate of interest 12% .Now the land cost increased 6 times i.e 30 laks/1 acre. For this case we loss much.. MY QUESTION : Why the judgement not considered the time duration and conditions, where the buyer filed a suit after 9 months from the date of agreement. Is there any chance to win in district court.
