I am having room of 138 sqft carpet area in a pagdi building in kandivali East, ( it's a noncessed building) building is 50 years old and already demolished as a dilapidated building, now landlord sold the building to builder, builder done the agreement with all 16 tenants of building of ground + 2 floors in 2015,and giving 10% extra carpet area on existing area, builder is redeveloping the building and giving ownership right to each tenants. is there any law or as per new (development plan 2034 Mumbai) "any rules and regulation that each tenants will get minimum carpet area of 300 sqft. Now builder is going to start the work from September 2018, is there any chance of getting 300sqft carpet area to each tenants
