My sister is being tortured verbally and physically once. Her husband uses very abusive language and intimidates her that she will face consequences if she raises her voice against him.she is afraid that if she files divorce then she could lose her daughter(5 months) as her husband has some high connections. What should we do?

You can file Domestic Violence case against the husband for Mental torcher. If the child is 5 months old, Court will give the custody of child to mother only.
