I have a question that can any govt organisation can proceed in their advertised contractual recruitment process even after the case is filed in HC against it and court has given instruction verbal not to proceed recruitment process till case is not finalised What action can a court can take against employer
Dear Sir,
If verbal instruction was given by the Court it is not binding on the parties. But if you have strength then file an affidavit before the same Court seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the Government Sector which is violated verbal instructions of the Hon’ble Court.
