My father made OBC certificate by some broker in 2012 for admission of my sister in Delhi University .now some advocate put case on whole family member for cheating ..467 468 469 471 419 420. Saying your sister has occupied seat by false OBC cer. And direct court to do action ..mainly it's money making ..my father who's income docs used for OBC passed away this month and now FIR is against us ..that police SI showed me CrPC 200 process that now fir is there ..so ..now I don't know why that advocate put our names in this matter as it's father matter and he is no more we are just brother..how to deal with it ??

Sir, has the police filed chargesheet or not?
If the chargesheet is filed after investigation, then you have to defend the case against you. If the chargesheet is not filed by investigating officer, you can request him to remove your name as you are not connected with the case.
