Hi, Filed a case against real estate company in consumer forum. But Defendant failed appearing twice in Court. And next postponement to Feb'17 2020. 1.Please let me what happens if Defendant fails appearing even 3rd time!! 2.Will Defendant go for appeal after final judgement? ( Case - Paid half of the EMI's for a plot and unable to pay the remaining EMI's from 2015 onwards and asking them to return my paid EMI's but they didn't. )
