I am an Engineer. But I am interested for a new startup in the field of Health care by establishing a new " Health Clinic " in my city by appointing contractual Doctors, with a diagnosis centre and a pharmacy, all at the same place in my own property. Is it legally possible for me to get a license as I am not from a medical background ? OR Is there any alternate way of making it possible in future ?
