I was a Manager of a nationalised bank having put on over 34 years of service. In 2013 case filed by the bank for misappropriation of funds. Till 2017, 90% of the case had been completed. After that I could not attend the court for health issues etc. since I am in Chennai. Case was filed at a district court, Karnataka. My case got split and A2 had been acquited. Present status of the case shows 'DISPOSED - UNCONTESTED - TRANSFERRED TO ESTABLISHMENT. Pls. throw some light on this and advise what steps should I take to safeguard me. K N RANGARAJAN
