Sir, with due respect, I was selected as forest guard by jammu and service selection board in june 2018 and my recommendation was withheld for production of some document and due to which I joined late. Now tentative seniority list has been issued accoding to date of joining and not according to merit in selection list. Now I want to know what service rules say. Thanks in advance
Dear Sir,
You have to check with local service laws and apart from this in normal course you are entitled for Seniority since in most cases it will be calculated from the date of selection list.
