Hi We have given a contract to this person Rohinadri Kondapalli from PR interiors for my house interiors in Lodha meridian. Rohit was referred by a fellow doctor from Neelima Hospitals. As he was referred by a good friend we kept paying him as and when he asked for money. in the later stages he was doing substandard work with under age inexperienced carpenters and gave us severe mental stress. They not only ruined the interior work with broken laminates and unfinished work, they also borke many existing tiles in the hall, compleetly ruined the wooden flooring in all 3 bedrooms and absonded with the money given. No bills are submitted till date. We have opted for the Greenply which offers 22 years of warranty and this guy has not given us single bill.The most dishonest guy with no knowledge in carpentry/architecture. How to i file a case against this person? I want to see that he doesnt ruin others deram houses again.
