Sir, My father(late) belongs to hindu OEC category and my mother (house wife) belongs to hindu General category. I also belong to OEC category. Our annual income is less than 8 lakhs. When i applied for non creamy layer certificate they told me that they cant give me non creamy layer certificate as my mother belongs to general category. I have read all the criterias to be a non creamy layer person. And i was not able to find my reason in that criteria. Pls help me sir to solve this issue

Get the refusal endorsement in writing and prefer appeal before Deputy Commissioner or file a Writ Petition. Your problem will be solved easily.
