Q:

For whatever reasons we file an appeal in higher Courts, the lower Court is surely angry and when the matter is received back after the higher Court Appeal is decided we have to face the anger of lower Court as worst possible trouble. Is there any way out!!!

A:

Dear Sir,

You are under misconception. The Lower Court does its job and every order passed by it is subject to appeal. Normally the High Court’s do not pass any comments or strictures against the Lower Court judges unless they commit blunder mistakes. Hence be assured that no Lower Court feel otherwise if any litigant prefers appeal against his order.
