Sir, My Late Father , who died 2 years back left wth credit card outatanding on his account. I had already notified the bank with the copy of the death certficate and had also submitted the original credit card wth the bank to stop further any transaction. Still I am recieving mails to pay off the dues on his name as if the bank is not aware that the primary card holder is no more. Pls guide me to the modalities of the same tp help me get through the same .

It being a personal loan as such the bank cannot bring any suit against you. It is better to get issue a legal notice against the bankers threatening them not to continue such correspondence as your father is no more.
