Hi I have approached a person named Rohinadri kondapalli aka Rohit from PR interiors for the interior works for my new Flat. He seemed to be genuine and we trusted him blindly and ended up paying close to 14lakh rupees before the completion of work. He never visited the site and left the entire work on premature workers who have done substandard work and also several damages across the house . They broke/scratched the laminates in entire house, spoiled wooden flooring in the bedrooms, broke tiles at several places. This person Rohit is inaccessible and left the work incomplete leaving us with mental stress apart from the financial loss. I want to file an FIR against this person for the mental agony he has caused by ruining my dream house and also taking away the money
Dear Sir,
Get issue a legal notice and file a civil case claiming huge amount for mental torture and return of your amount with interest thereon since criminal case do not give any monetary benefit to you.
